- Installation - Simply install the regulator in the correct orientation, ensuring the gas flow follows the direction indicated by the arrow on the bottom of the regulator. For a secure and leak-free connection, use gas-rated pipe thread seal tape during installation. Fittings: 1/2" NPT inlet x 1/2" NPT outlet.

- Notes - When applied to LP gas, it needs to work with an external pressure reducer (NOT supplied). Install the external pressure reducer between the propane supply source and this regulator to lower the pressure to 1/2 PSIG. Do not install the regulator too close to the heating equipment or use it in a very cold environment. Heat or cold can change the resistance of the spring inside the regulator.
- Caution - Please verify both your pipe size and the regulator’s connection size before purchasing. Keep in mind that thread size refers to the fitting, not the actual opening diameter. This regulator is designed for Liquid Propane (LP) ONLY and is NOT compatible with Natural Gas (NG) systems.
